Alec Baldwin, a drug smuggler, finds himself in a predicament when he holds the fate of all humanity in his hands. Then he teams up with the sincere Wesley Snipes as the orphaned teenager, and enlists the aid of a timid valedictorian, played by Paris Hilton.
